Simon Robinson is the co-founder and CEO (Worldwide) of Holonomics, who is known for his pioneering approach to customer experience design and organisational transformation. With three decades of experience in UX design, innovation, and mobile and internet technology, in the 1990s he was the co-founder of Genie Internet, one of the UK’s first unicorn startups, developed inside British Telecom. This work continues to the present day through being a founder member of the Deep Tech Network, São Paulo.
He is the co-author of Holonomics: Business Where People and Planet Matter and Customer Experiences with Soul: A New in Design which have received international acclaim for the articulation of the Holonomics Approach, a radical and powerful methodology which can be applied to cultural, digital and organisational transformation.
Simon is a creative thinker with a deep interest in systems science, philosophy, music and culture whose passion is to translate practices from these disciplines into meaningful interventions within organisations, helping entrepreneurs and leaders to develop new ways of seeing and thinking, which allows them to develop an expanded form of consciousness, become more innovative, and therefore bring their ideas, propositions and visions into being.

Maria Moraes Robinson is co-founder and CEO Brazil of Holonomics, an international business consultant who helps business leaders to facilitate profound transformation in their organisations. Maria’s passion is to help businesses become stronger, more agile, human and resilient, doing so through Holonomics, pioneering the incorporation of universal human values as a fundamental part of their approach.
Maria is recognised by business leaders in many sectors for the manner in which she is able to help organisations implement their strategies through a whole-brain approach, which combines analytical, quantitative and evidence-based methodologies with more creative, empathetic, self-aware leadership skills, meaning that clients are better equipped to deal with today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment, and better respond to customer, employee and stakeholder demands.
