Maria Moraes Robinson

Maria Moraes Robinson is co-founder and CEO Brazil of Holonomics, an international business consultant who helps business leaders to facilitate profound transformation in their organisations. Maria’s passion is to help businesses become stronger, more agile, human and resilient, doing so through Holonomics, pioneering the incorporation of universal human values as a fundamental part of their approach.

Maria is recognised by business leaders in many sectors for the manner in which she is able to help organisations implement their strategies through a whole-brain approach, which combines analytical, quantitative and evidence-based methodologies with more creative, empathetic, self-aware leadership skills, meaning that clients are better equipped to deal with today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment, and better respond to customer, employee and stakeholder demands.

With more than two decades of experience in strategy development and implementation projects, in the early 2000s she was a pioneer in the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard methodology, having worked directly with the creators of the methodology and, since then, expanding the approach through Holonomics, bringing valuable contributions to its evolution.

Maria is a Harvard Business Review author and the co-author of the books Holonomics: Business Where People and Planet Matter and Customer Experiences with Soul: A New Era in Design, which introduce the Holonomics Approach which has been adopted by numerous national and multinational organisations.
