Here is our talk on Customer Experiences with Soul which aired yesterday as part of the Vototalks Festival. It’s in English and Portuguese and has English and Portuguese subtitles.
In this talk we begin with a discussion of the concept of customer experience design and how we are extending this practice through our Holonomics approach (the dynamics of seeing, the dynamics of nature, flourishing business models and human values).
We then discuss three of the central concepts in our Customer Experiences with Soul framework – relationships, authenticity and human values.
We end with a short summary of the holonomic circle – a tool we created to help organisations better understand how to put the framework into practice.
