Press Release: Holonomics Education Announces New Partnership with Aquarela Content Bureau

Since the launch of both Holonomics Education and our book Holonomics: Business Where People and Planet Matter in 2014, many businesses and organisations have been adopting the Holonomics approach across a wide range of disciplines, business functions and industry sectors, from strategy and change management, to innovation, customer experience design and high-performance leadership. With the immanent publication of our new book Customer Experiences with Soul: A new Era in Design, many more organisations have been coming to us asking us to work in partnership delivering executive leadership programmes, management education, design workshops and deep-dive interventions.

Holonomics Education are therefore extremely delighted to be able to announce today our new partnership with Aquarela Content Bureau, a São Paulo-based training and development platform founded by Daniela Carvalho and Zoraide Stark which is focused on innovation and leadership for executives.

Executive Book Club

The Executive Book Club has been created to allow forward-thinking business executives to enjoy profound conversations with the finest business, scientific and creative minds of both past and present, curated and facilitated by Simon Robinson, a British business thinker and consultant. It will provide an exclusive and unprecedented opportunity to explore some of the most potent books relating to business, leadership, innovation and creativity, developing advanced thinking, critical analysis and creativity from an international perspective.

Customer Experiences with Soul

This course which is based on our new book has been designed to shift people’s understanding of design, innovation, strategy, leadership and branding. It provides the guidance needed for developing, structuring and implementing customer experiences with soul, teaching entrepreneurs of the future how to build and grow authentic businesses and organisations which honour what it is to be human in our world. This course is much more than just classroom-based teaching, it has been created as an experience in itself, enabling participants to visit and be immersed in the customer experiences of many of the companies we write about, and providing participants with the opportunity to meet and talk some of the most visionary entrepreneurs and business leaders in Brazil.

Fritjof Capra’s Capra Course: Personalised Business Editions

During the last three decades, a new conception of life has emerged at the forefront of science. It is a unified view that integrates life’s biological, cognitive, social and ecological dimensions. At the very core of this new understanding of life we find a profound change of metaphors: from seeing the world as a machine to understanding it as a network.

This new science of life is now being developed by outstanding researchers and their teams around the world. Fritjof Capra has integrated their concepts and ideas into a single coherent framework — a unique synthesis, which he is teaching for the first time in this online course.

Each course will be facilitated under the expert guidance of Simon Robinson and Maria Moraes Robinson. A number of different facilitation models are available depending on the specific requirements of the organisation. Simon and Maria will be able to host dialogue sessions for participants to be able to explore the issues raised in each lecture of Capra Course, in addition to hosting live question and answer sessions with Fritjof via Skype.

While each participant is able to watch each lecture at a time of their own choosing, Simon and Maria will also be available for those organisations who would like their teams to watch the lectures together in group settings, to encourage the maximum amount of reflection and discussion.

Introduction to Holonomics

Holonomics is a powerful new approach to business which allows leaders, executives, designers, educators and entrepreneurs to develop authentic and fully-integrated visions for their businesses and organizations and implement programmes of profound organizational change. Many businesses and institutions today are struggling to develop new organizational models to adapt to the new economic, social and ecological paradigms which are now emerging, and continue to use processes, frameworks and methodologies which were designed decades ago.

In their book Holonomics: Business Where People and Planet Matter, Simon Robinson and Maria Moraes Robinson introduce holonomic thinking, an expanded mode of consciousness which upgrades our way of seeing from the analytical to the intuitive; one that not only is able to understand the parts of a system, but at a deeper, intuitive level of perception, is also able to understand the essence of an organization as the relationships and processes within that system.
